A flavorful leftover roti which includes stuffing of onion, tomato, ginger and spices. It is the perfect breakfast meal.

Instructions

1. Put 3-4 tablespoon of oil in a pan. add 7-8 garlic cloves.

2. Add 2 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 4-5 curry leaves and mix it all well.

3. Add 3-4 medium sized chopped tomatoes. add 1.5 tablespoon salt, 1.5 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder.

4. Add 2-3 left over rotis cut into small pieces. further, add 4 glasses of water. cover the pan for 10 minutes.

5. After 10 minutes, open the pan and let the water dry.

6. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
