1. Firstly take small brinjals and make 2 slit lengthwise.
2. Heat oil in pan and deep fry brinjals on medium flame and keep aside.
3.Take 2 tbsp of mustard oil, add cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper & garlic. cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder and ginger powder. mix for 1 minute and then add water.
5. Now add tamrind pulp with fried brinjals. cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
