Who knew bread could be made into a delicious snack just by deep frying it with some vegetables and herbs! Bread Vada is an amazing twist to your regular vada made with crumbled bread and filled with the goodness of authentic Indian veggies and spices.

Instructions

1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

2. Take bread pieces in a bowl. add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, roughly chopped curry leaves, ginger, peanuts, cumin seeds, salt, rice flour, yogurt, baking soda and mix till well combined.

3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into balls.

4. Deep-fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. drain on absorbent paper.

5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
