1. Make small pieces of bitter gourd / karela or cut them into desired shapes. (if you cut them very thin, you will get crispy fries )
2. Once cut into the desired shape, add salt, red chilli powder and mix them well.
3. Apply semolina / rava on both sides of each karela piece and fry it on the tawa. while frying them on the tawa, make sure you add some oil and flip on both sides and cover the lid.
4. Plate it and serve it.
