Instructions

1. Place a pot on medium heat and add oil. add green cardamon, cinnamon stick, cloves and peppercorns.

2. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown. add chopped tomatoes and give it a stir.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook everything for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Add the keema and cook stirring well for another 5 minutes.

6. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. cover and cook on medium low for 20 minutes. open and simmer for 5 minutes

7. Finally add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder and stir it in. remove from heat and serve topping this with sali (potato starws). this dish goes very well with bombay pav.
