Kadai jinga or prawns is easy and quick Indian wok cooked shrimp curry cooked with capsicum and aromayic seasoning. You can never go wrong with this dish even if you chose it blindfolded. It is a drool-wrothy delight, a must try for all sea food lovers.

Instructions

1. Clean and devein the prawns.

2. To that turmeric powder, chili powder, salt & ginger garlic paste. mix gently & let it marinate for 1 hour or more

3. Heat oil in a wide sauce pan.

4. Add garam masala powder and onions. saute till brown.

5. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder & curry leaves. saute till its mushy.

6. Add the marinated prawns and mix so that the masala is spread even.

7. Close and cook 5 minutes.
