1. Clean and devein the prawns.
2. To that turmeric powder, chili powder, salt & ginger garlic paste. mix gently & let it marinate for 1 hour or more
3. Heat oil in a wide sauce pan.
4. Add garam masala powder and onions. saute till brown.
5. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder & curry leaves. saute till its mushy.
6. Add the marinated prawns and mix so that the masala is spread even.
7. Close and cook 5 minutes.
