1. First for marinating fish, mix all the ingredients under the marination heading. mix it well, apply to the fish pieces and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil and shallow fry the fish pieces for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Saute all the ingredients of ground masala and then grind it to a fine paste.
4. In another pan heat 50 grams butter. add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste. saute well.
5. Now add the ground masalas and saute well, add 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves and saute.
6. Add 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder. saute well.
7. Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream. also add 1/2 glass water. when the gravy starts cooking add fish pieces and cook well.
8.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
