Fish Tikka masala is another select tandoori apetizer from the Indian cuisine, with a twist of flavors. The succulent pieces of fish cooked with authentic spices and herbs tastes amazing with mint chutney and onion rings.

Instructions

1. First for marinating fish, mix all the ingredients under the marination heading. mix it well, apply to the fish pieces and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil and shallow fry the fish pieces for 4 to 5 minutes.

3. Saute all the ingredients of ground masala and then grind it to a fine paste.

4. In another pan heat 50 grams butter. add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste. saute well.

5. Now add the ground masalas and saute well, add 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves and saute.

6. Add 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder. saute well.

7. Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream. also add 1/2 glass water. when the gravy starts cooking add fish pieces and cook well.

8.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
