1. Take mud handi and add fat-tailed sheep fat in it.
2. Then add big size cut mutton leg and add tomatoes, potato, onion, green chilies, lemon, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper.
3. Add 1.5 cups of water, close it and cover the edges with flour.
4. Cook for 2.5 hours and don’t let steam go out.
5. Open it carefully after 2.5 hours. your dish is ready to serve
