This kada prasad has always been my favorite as we had gurdwara in our school campus and we used to go quite often. I know, no matter what we do, could never get even closer to the divine taste of the one we get in Gurudwara. Sharing this recipe on the special occasion of gurupurnima.


1. In a pan heat water and sugar and let it just dissolve.

2. Heat ghee in a separate pan and add wheat flour to it, roast it properly until an even brown color appears.

3. Now add sugar syrup to the wheat mixture and cook until the desired consistency achieved.
