1. Heat ghee in a pan, add ginger, grayed cashew, poppy seeds to it.
2. Now add tomatoes to ghee, cover the lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
3. Add all dry masalas and cook for 3 mins then add water and close the lid.
4. Add potatoes, coriander and little more cumin powder and mix it properly.
5. Make cumin sugar syrup by heating it in a pan.
6. Serve hot tamatar chaat with chaat masala, black salt, coriander and cumin sugar syrup.
