The best healthy muffins you’ll ever make! These oatmeal muffins are made with natural sweetners and with a mix of almond flour and oat flour to keep them gluten free. A nutritious, kid-friendly breakfast or snack!

Instructions

1 . Mix all the dry ingredients ( oats flour, almond flour,baking powder,baking soda ) or you can sieve it to make muffins more fluffy.

2. In a bowl, take yogurt, add oil and mix it until the mixture get well combine and creamy. later add rose essence.

3. Now add dry ingredients mixture in a two batches and mix in gentely. don't do it faster and don't over mix too. mix until you are not seeing any large lumps

4. If you find mixture it so thick ,then add little milk to make it little loose.

5. Now pour the mixture upto 3/4 of each muffin cavity and put some sliced almond on it. bake these in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. and your muffins are ready.

6. Cool it completely and then enjoy as it is or with frosting of whipped cream !
