1. In a bowl, combine all vegetables, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. mix well.
2. Make oblong shaped rolls and set aside on a plate.
3. Heat oil in a wok for frying.
4. Prepare slurry with flour and water and take some breadcrumbs on a plate.
5. Take each roll, dip in flour slurry, roll over breadcrumbs to coat evenly and then deep fry till golden brown. serve hot.
