1. Mix everything given under the mushroom batter.
2. Add water little at a tiime and mix to a thick sticky batter.
3. Heat oil and deep fry the mushrooms until golden. keep aside until use.
4. Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
5. Saute for a minute and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala and garam masala.
6. Add water and let it come to a rolling boil.
7. Next, add fried mushrooms and adjust salt.
8. Keep cooking on high heat until the moisture is absorbed and it becomes semi thick.
9. Serve it hot topped with grated carrots, chopped onions and coriander leaves.
