Instructions

1. Take parval, peel and cut into quarters length wise and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, kalonji. add chopped onion and sauté for

2 -3 Minutes till lightly brown.

3. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and sauté for 1 minute.

4. Add tomatoes, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and mix well.

5. Add parwal, water, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

6. Add yogurt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

7. Add onion cubes, tomato cubes, capsicum cubes, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

8. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. transfer to a serving bowl. garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
