1. In a bowl, add the ginger - garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder & water. mix well to paste like consistency. check for seasoning.
2. Now smear the paste all over the fish meat & let it marinate for minimum 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Heat oil in a pan & shallow fry the fish pieces on both sides on medium flame till its cooked.
