For boiling the kala chana
1. Soak the kala chana overnight. rinse 2 to 3 times.
2. Put them in a pressure pan, pour water and add salt until the water tastes salty.
3. Strain out the water and keep a side.
For the tempering
1. Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chili.
2. Add chopped green chili, ginger, curry leaves, grated coconut, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
3. Put some chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
