1. Heat a pan add mustard oil. once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, sauté it.
2. Add snake gourd pieces, mix it and put the lid on and let it cook in a slow flame until snake gourd is soft and tender.
3. In this, add beaten curd, mix this and switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves. serve this with rice.
