The blockbuster combination of raw bananas and caraway seeds is a perfec side serve with lentils and rice. Cooked with tradational Indian spices, this recipe is easy to cook, very light and healthy.

Instructions

1. Take boiled raw banana, cut them in small pieces.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and sauté till cumin splutter.

3. Add raw banana pieces, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

4. Add crushed black pepper, sendha salt, amchur powder, mix well.

5. Add fresh grated coconut, mix well and sauté for a minute.

6. Switch off the heat, remove in serving plates and serve hot.
