1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok. add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and pepper. sauté till veggies are partially cooked.
2. Add dry spices and soy sauce. mix well
3. Add cubed pineapple and stir.
4. Add cooked rice, mix everything well. check for seasoning.
5. Garnish with chilli flakes and sesame seeds. serve hot/ cold.
