Paneer Cheese Ghotala is a surti dish. It is eaten a lot in Surat, Gujarat. You can consider it as an alternative to Pav Bhaji. It is very healthy and tasty too.

Instructions

1. To make surti paneer cheese ghotala, take a pan, put some oil and some butter in it, then add cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic ginger chili paste. saute this for sometime. then grind 2-3 tomatoes and add that as well.

2. You can add vegetables of your choice (like capsicum, carrots, beans, etc. finely chopped). i have used only capsicum and added turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt.

3. Now add grated paneer and lastly top this with grated cheese and coriander leaves. you can have this with pav.
