A very interesting recipe, Capsicum chutney is drool-worthy, healthy and very easy to make. The Bell pepper chutney is made by cooking bell peppers with roasted and whole spices. It tastes amzing with idlis, dosa and chapatis.

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan and add capsicum, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, tamarind, salt and cook it slightly.

2. Crush capsicum mixture with pestle into a coarse paste.

3. Now the capsicum chutney is ready to serve.
