Instructions

1. In a pan add nutrela soya bean oil and let it heat. add panch phoron masala, dried red chilli, onion and saute them.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, pumpkin and mix them well.

3. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli, cardamom powder and mix them well.

4. Next, add potato, nutrela soya chunks and mix them well. add water and cover it. let it cook until done. serve it with chapati.
