1. In a kadai, add 6 teaspoons of oil. once the oil is hot add cumin seeds and sauté.
2. Now add chopped onions and green chillies. sauté the onions till translucent.
3. Add all the masalas to this and stir well. cook for a minute.
4. Further, add the boiled peas and stir it well. cook this for at least two minutes and cover it with a lid.
5. After two minutes, check the sabji, when the oil will start separating turn off the heat and your matar pyaas ki sabji is ready!!!
