Matar Pulao is the universlly approved and loved combination of rice and peas. The pulao gets its flavor from the range of Indian spices and herbs used in its making. Cooked in very litle oil, this healthy recipe can be cooked in no time and is filling.

Instructions

1. Preheat a pan for making the jeera peas pulao. once rightly hot, add butter then add cumin seeds. let them splutter.

2. Add green peas to it, stir and saute for 1 minute. add boiled rice. stir and saute these for 1 minute.

3. Add coriander leaves and salt to taste, stir. mix them well and the pulao is ready to serve.
