The dish is the perfect fusion of Mexican and Indian Cuisine where the traditional tortilla is replaced by desi roti or parantha. It's veggie filling is enriching and nutritious.

Instructions

1. In a kadai, add oil. then add finely chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped garlic. cook for a minute.

2. Then add chopped beans, chopped caspcium, boiled sweet corns. saute for sometime. add boiled potatoes after crushing them with your hands. mix well.

3. Then add salt to taste, chilli flakes, oregano, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder. cover the lid and keep aside.

4. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, thai chilli sauce, sweet chilli sauce and tomato sauce. mix well.

5. Take a chapatti, spread the mayonnaise mixture on it evenly. then add grated cheese on one side of the roti.

6. On top of the cheese, put the potato mixture. spread it using the spoon,

7. Wrap the roti and press it with your hands so that it doesnt open up. repeat for all the other roti's.

Notes

For the potato filling you can add any vegetables of your choice.
