There are 2 ways of making instant khoya. ■hard khoya ■soft khoya Here i am sharing the recipe for soft khoya. Soft khoya can be used to make sweets like gulab jamuns, peda, burfi, and halwa while hard khoya can be used to make all types of sweets except gulab jamun and peda. Here, I am sharing the soft version.

Instructions

1. In a pan, melt butter, add milk & simmer.

2. Whisk & add milk powder in batches.

3. Cook until it separates the pan.

4. Transfer to a bowl & allow it to cool at room temperature.
