1. Add the chicken into a big bowl; add curd, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, basil, turmeric,lemon juice and salt to taste. mix it all well and let it rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
2. Heat the oil in a pan; add the marinated chicken ad let it cook on a low flame. once the marination starts to release the moisture, add in the fresh cream and processed cheese to it, and keep stirring to make sure there are no lumps formed.
3. Cook till it's golden brown on one side. flip it over and cook on the other side the same.
4. Chicken is done and this chicken is the juiciest and softest chicken to have.
