1. For the potato filling boil potato, peal and mash them.
2. In it add spices like chilli powder, crushed coriander seed, cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt , garam masala and fennel powder
3. Take large green chili, slit it and deseed it. fill the potato masala prepared in it
4. In a bowl take 1 cup gram flour, add 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli, salt, a pinch of asafoetida.
5. Add water and make thick batter. dip the chilli in batter coat it and place in medium hot oil gently
6. Fry these until they are golden from all sides
