Babaganoush can be used as dip / spread for sandwich and wraps

Instructions

1. Charrgrill aubergine on gas flame or charcoal grill and cook till it becomes completely soft. (you can roast in oven too but this method gives a nice smoky flavour).

2. Peel and and remove the seeds.

3. Mash the pulp and mix it with rest of ingredients. serve!!
