1. Mix atta, coconut powder, sugar, cardamom powder and ghee in a bowl and knead with milk. add water only if required.
2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. make 4 or 5 balls from the dough and roll them into rotis.
3. On a pan, cook the parathas from both sides with ghee. your yummy coconut parathas are ready! 😋

1. This recipe makes 4 medium sized parathas.
