Growing up in Hyderabad, Ugadi or the first day of Chaitra Navratri were always incomplete without Ugadi Pachadi !! It was always given by our neighbors 😍😍 lovely people I tell you 😍 This year i tried in this refreshing drink !! Acha bana par mere Kacche Aam andar se peele nikale 😂😂 Nevertheless it was amazing 😍

Instructions

1. In a bowl, add 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 cup water and 1/4 cup chopped or powdered jaggery. mix very well till the jaggery dissolves.

2. Add 3 tbsp finely chopped raw mangoes, 1/4 cup chopped coconut and 2 tbsp neem flowers.

3. Season with salt and black pepper powder. mix very well, and serve it.

There is no perfect measurement for this recipe. you can always adjust the sweetness & sourness as per your taste
