1. In a bowl, add 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 cup water and 1/4 cup chopped or powdered jaggery. mix very well till the jaggery dissolves.
2. Add 3 tbsp finely chopped raw mangoes, 1/4 cup chopped coconut and 2 tbsp neem flowers.
3. Season with salt and black pepper powder. mix very well, and serve it.

There is no perfect measurement for this recipe. you can always adjust the sweetness & sourness as per your taste
