1. Firstly, in a saucepan take 2 cups water.
2. Add 1 inch grated ginger, 2 pods cardamom, a small piece of cinnamon
And get it to a boil.
3. Now add 3 tsp tea powder and boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
4. Pour in 1/2 cup milk and 2 tsp sugar.
5. Boil for 2 minutes until the flavours are combined. do not over boil after adding milk.
Strain the tea using a tea strainer.
6. Finally, enjoy adrak chai along with your breakfast or evening snacks.
