1. Wash and dry 500 gms chicken wings thoroughly. mix 1/4 cup all purpose flour / maida, 1/4 cup corn flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
2. Dip the chicken pieces in 2 beaten eggs and then coat with the dry ingredients. fry in hot oil until golden brown. the oil shouldn't be too hot, else the crust will become golden brown before the chicken is well cooked.
3. Mix all the sauce ingredients namely 4 tbsp tomato ketchip, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1-2 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds and a pinch of salt (if required) and add to a hot wok and stir well for 2 minutes.
4. Then add the fried chicken pieces to this sauce and stir until all the chicken pieces are well coated. serve the crispy sesame chicken hot and immediately. add some more toasted sesame for garnishing.
