Instructions

1. Preheat oven at 180ºc. grease a glass baking dish with some oil.

2. Combine 1/2 cup gram flour / besan, 1/4 cup fresh scraped coconut, 1 medium peeled and grated carrot, 1/2 small grated cabbage, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder, 1 inch grated ginger, 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water in a bowl and whisk well.

3. Add 1 tsp baking soda and give it a quick mix. also add some oil and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture in the greased dish and sprinkle some sesame seeds. put the dish on a baking tray. place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.

5. Cut and serve hot.
