1. In a bowl, add 1/4 cup sprouted green gram, 2-3 grated carrots, 3 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp grated raw mango, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste. mix everything together very well.
2. Heat a small pan with 1 tsp oil, once hot add 1/8 tsp mustard seeds and a pinch hing / asafoetida.
3. Top the salad with this tempering and garnish. serve immediately!!!
