1. Slice the bread halfway in a crisscross pattern.
2. Mix 1 tbsp garlic bread seasoning, 3 tbsp pesto and 1.5 tbsp oil.
3. Gently pull the pieces and add spoonfuls inside the cuts.
4. Stuff mozzarella into the cuts.
5. Pre-heat oven at 200°c.
6. Cover loaf with foil.
7. Bake at 200°c for 10 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake again for 5-6 minutes. enjoy hot!
