Instructions

1. Boil some water and transfer into a bowl. place 4-6 rice paper sheets on worktop. dip muslin cloth in hot water and rub it on rice paper sheets to soften.

2. Soak 1/2 cup rice noodles in hot water for a while.

3. Put some shredded cabbage, strips of carrots, thin strips of cucumber, soaked rice noodles, sweet chilli sauce, thin strips of bell peppers, thin strips of green capsicum and some basil leaves in the centre of the sheet and roll. refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

4. Diagonally cut the prepared rolls and serve immediately.
