1. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil.
2. To this add 1/2 inch finely chopped ginger, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and saute for few seconds.
3. Now add 2 medium finely chopped onion and 3 medium finely chopped tomato and fry this till soft.
4. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 12- 15 goan sausage casing removed, 1 cup cooked kidney beans, salt to taste, 1-2 cup water and mix well.
5. Cover and cook this for 10-15 minutes. serve hot
