1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida, 6 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder. give it a good mix using a whisk.
2. Add 1/2 cup milk at room temperature. remove the lumps.
3. Once you get a smooth mixture, add 2 tbsp oil and give a good mix.
4. Make chocolate ganache using 1/2 cup chocolate and 1/4 cup cream. refrigrate it till it sets. you can even use 3 tbsp milk instead of cream. incase you want to avoid using ganache, you can even use pieces of chocolate.
5. Just before pouring the batter, add 1 tsp vinegar / lemon juice and whisk for 10-15 minutes.
6. Pour it into ramekins or normal tea cups (do not use metal in microwave).
7. Fill the cup to 1/4th and add chocolate ganache in the middle. add little batter on top to cover chocolate / chocolate ganache.
8. Pre-heat oven at 180°c for 10 minutes and bake for 5-7 minutes or you can even microwave for 90 seconds.
