1. In a wok take 2 tbsp mustard oil. put flame on high for 1 minute so that mustard oil leaves its pungent smell. now switch off the flame.
2. After 30 seconds, switch on the flame. add 7-8 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 dry red chillies. cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 bundle chopped spinach. mix well.
4. Now add 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds and salt to taste. mix well.
5. Let this cook for about 4-5 minutes on low flame.
6. Now add a dollop of ghee and relish.
