1. In a mixer, add 2 cups spinach, 1 banana , 1/2 apple, juice of 1.5 oranges, 5 walnuts and water as needed. blend everything together and enjoy fresh!
Tips
1. You can skip the apple if you are not into fibrous smoothies.
2. If you are a beginner with green smoothies, the rule is to go 60:40 with fruits and greens.
3. Best consumed immediately.
