1. In a kadhi add 2 tbsp ghee. add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 medium sized chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste and cook it properly.
2. Now add 1 medium sized chopped tomato in it and cook further until tomatoes are soft and mushy. add some water and continue cooking it.
3. Add 1/2 cup carrot cut into batons. mix will, keep a lid and cook it until half done.
4. Now add 1/2 cup cabbage in it and cook it.
5. Add some butter, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, and saute it will.
6. Now add all the vegetables namely 12- 15 french beans cut into half, 1 tomato cut into big cubes, 1 onion cut into big cubes, 1 capsicum cut into big cubes and cook them properly.
7. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 cup green peas, 100 gms paneer and toss it will.
8. Finish it with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves. serve with roti or rice.
