1. Soak 1 cup of rolled oats in hot water until it is mushy and soaks all the water.
2. In a bowl add 1 boiled potato, 1 small thinly cut onion, chopped coriander leaves, ginger , grated carrot.
3. Now add the soaked oats and mix all spices namely cumin powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.
4. Lastly add 2 tbsp roasted gram flour and mix all. put some oil on your palms and make tikki of the mixture and shallow fry it. tikki are ready to be served.
