1. To start, add ¼ cup of blueberries to the bottom of each jar.
2. In a medium bowl combine 4 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp agave. set aside for 15 minutes.
3. In a blender or food processor, blend ¼ cup of blueberries, 1/2 a banana and yogurt together.
4. Place the chia layer in the jars and then top with the smoothie mixture.
5. Finish off with some shaved dark chocolate, blueberries and some almond slices.
