1. In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp cornflour and 1/4 cup milk. whisk it well ensuring there are no lumps. keep aside.
2. In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee / butter. let it melt. add 1 cup dessicated coconut. fry it on medium heat for 1 minute.
3. Then add 1 cup milk. cook until it is dry.
4. Further, add 1/3 cup sugar, 2 green cardamoms and the cornflour-milk mixture. cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
5. When it becomes sticky and come together on one side of the pan while stirring it means it is ready.
6. Transfer on a plate and let it cool.
7. In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup dessicated coconut for coating on coconut balls.
8. Make small bowls of the mixture. coat a layer of dessicated coconut. keep aside. make all the coconut balls in the same way.
9. Coconut balls are ready in 10 minutes.
