Ingredients

olive oil
lemon
mixed herb
blackpepper
garlic paste
salt
tofu
chickpea
onion
cucumber
cherry tomato
capsicum
green chilli
salad leaves
iceberg lettuce
moong beans sprout
moong sprout

Instructions

How to make homemade salad dressing

1. Firstly, in a bowl take 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp crushed blackpepper, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and 1/2 tsp salt.

2. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

3. Salad dressing is ready. keep aside.

How to roast tofu

1. Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tsp olive oil and add 1 cup diced tofu. roast on low flame until the tofu turns crisp.

2. Now add 1/4 tsp crushed blackpepper and 1/4 tsp salt.

3. Mix well making sure the spices are coated well.

4. Crispy tofu is ready.

How to make chana salad

1. Soak 2 cups chickpeas or chanas in water overnight.

2. Next day, boil the soaked 2 cups chickpeas or chanas.

3. In a bowl add the 2 cups of boiled chickpeas or chana. add 1/2 sliced onion, 1/2 sliced cucumber, 5 halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 sliced capsicum and 2 chopped green chillies.

4. Also, add 1 tbsp prepared salad dressing. mix well making sure everything is well combined.

5. Now add handful salad leaves, handful iceberg lettuce and handful moong beans sprouts. mix well combining everything well.

6. Finally, top with crispy tofu and enjoy chana salad with salad dressing as required.

How to make moong sprouts salad

1. In a bowl take 2 cups boiled moong sprouts.

2. Add 1/2 sliced onion, 1/2 sliced cucumber, 5 halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 sliced capsicum and 2 chopped green chillies.

3. Also, add 1 tbsp prepared salad dressing. mix well making sure everything is well combined.

4. Now add handful salad leaves, handful iceberg lettuce and handful moong beans sprouts. mix well combining everything well.

5. Finally, top with crispy tofu and enjoy moong sprouts salad with salad dressing as required.
