1. Mix the dry ingredients well.
2. Now add spinach purée with some water little by little.
3. We need a flowing consistency.
4. Before pouring the batter on the dosa pan mix the batter well.
5. Spray some oil in the pan. pour 2 tbsp of uttapam mix and spread mix veggies on top.
6. Cook each side for about 2-3 min.
7. Serve it with coconut chutney/ketchup.
