1. Add the mango pulp of 1 ripe mango , 100 gram curd , 2 table spoon honey ( you may also add sugar based on the sweetness of mangoes), 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and few saffron strand in a mixer and grind all.
2. Pour this in to the ice cream mould and freeze for 4-5 hours. once the popsicles are frozen you can demould and enjoy your popsicles.
