1. In a pan or pressure cooker , add 1/2 kg mutton, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 3 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup water and pressure cook till mutton turns tender then dry the extra water let the mutton be dry.
2. In another pan heat 5 tbsp oil and add this dried mutton and fry well till it turns crispy.
3. To this add 1 tsp lemon juice, 3 split green chillies, few coriander leaves and curry leaves.
4. Mix well , fry for few seconds and serve hot with roti or dal/rice.
