1. Peel 1 raw mango and grate it.
2. Saute the grated mango for 5 minutes on low flame.
3. After 5 minutes, add 1 tsp salt and 1 cup jaggery.
4. Once the jaggery is melted a little bit, add 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp cumin powder.
5. Stir everything together.
6. Once the jaggery is melted and everything comes together, turn off the stove.
7. Let the mixture come to room temperature.
8. Aam ka chunda is ready.
